Delivery

Horncharts.com will normally ship your ordered parts/songs to you within 7 days (applies to all in-stock arrangements, if the format is suitable). During busy periods, it may take a little longer, as may larger orders. You will be notified of this immediately. Delivery of custom-made pieces is by appointment. Rush orders are also possible, but in some cases, you will be charged a surcharge. This will also be communicated in advance. Ordered pieces will be sent email, including an invoice. All arrangements come with a guarantee. Should anything be amiss, such as the key not matching the number you agreed upon, or other major (printing/transposition) errors, the new sheets will be sent to you free of charge, with the correct adjustments. The parts are delivered by email as PDF-files. This is fast and eliminates shipping costs. 

Rights and Obligations

For all arrangements created by Horncharts.com, the orchestras themselves must arrange the payments to copyright holders. This is usually already arranged because each orchestra, or the party hiring the orchestra, already makes a payment to the Performing Right society.

Payment

Payment for ordered products must be made within 30 days of delivery to the account number stated on the invoice. New customers must pay in advance for the first time. For any subsequent orders, the invoice will be sent together with the parties.

Payment by Credit Card

Payment by credit card is also possible through PayPal. However, PayPal charges an additional fee, which we then pass on to the customer. The fee is 3.45% + € 0.49 per transaction. The cheapest option is a regular bank transaction, but card payments are also possible.
